# HeyOttis

> HeyOttis is a voice assistant for weekly leadership meetings. It listens to the meeting, and when someone addresses it by name ("Hey Ottis, give Ryan a to-do to get the pump serviced by next Friday") it creates the record directly in Ninety: To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Headlines and Scorecard numbers, with the right owner, team and due date. It acts only when addressed; the rest of the conversation is context.

## What it does

- Live transcription of the meeting, with speakers labeled.
- Creates To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Headlines and Scorecard numbers in Ninety the moment they are spoken, using the company's real Ninety teams, people and open items.
- Undo on every item. Anything it cannot fill in with confidence (an unknown person, a missing team) is held for a one-click fix instead of guessed.
- Shows in the room whether it heard: Listening, Creating, then Created, Held or Missed.
- Optional speaker recognition: each person enrolls their voice in about forty seconds after signing a consent. Only a voiceprint is stored, never the recording.
- Works without Ninety too: new companies start in a built-in workspace and connect Ninety later; everything captured so far is sent across.

## Pricing

$99 per team per month, everything included. A team is one team in Ninety, such as the leadership team or a department. A free pilot is available.

## Privacy and security

- Meeting audio is transcribed as it streams and never stored.
- Each company's data is isolated; every request is checked against sign-in and company membership.
- Ninety tokens are stored server-side for that company only and never returned to a browser.
